He was responsible to grow the Eastern India market for Nirlon Ltd and Garware Ltd. single handedly achieving record sales. Being a veteran in the fishing tackle industry Mr. S.N.Addya pioneered manufacturing of Fishing Hooks with state of the art Japanese technology since 1983 in Mumbai, India. He believed that commercial fisherman in India needed affordable and functional hooks to help them earn their living. He is co-founder of several companies within the ADDYA Group and is involved in day to day operations of the group. Mr. S.N.Addya enjoys the sport of wrestling and fishing. | ||||||||||||

Somraj completed his Masters in Business from University of Findlay in USA and joined the family business to oversee international market development. A true visionary who understands the industry and its dynamism, he has been responsible for tripling the revenues in 2007 through product line extensions. Somraj enjoys spending time with his daughter and family. | ||||||||||||

Debraj completed his Masters in Business from Fordham University, New York with corporate experience in equity research sales on Wall Street. Prior business school he joined the family business to improve manufacturing process efficiencies leading to certification of ISO 9001: 2000 by BVQI,UK in 2003. Debraj’s role has been in new product development and representing the company internationally for its niche capabilities in custom hooks.
